Crochet Star Hat Pattern

Materials

Yarn - (I use Wonder Woolen by Fleece Artist) it is about 1/8 of an inch, medium weight. You can use whatever yarn you want, just make sure your gauge swatches matches mine.

Crochet Hook - I used a 4mm but you can use whatever hook you want, just make sure your gauge swatch matches mine.

Polyfil/Stuffing

Needle, Scissors and Thread in a matching colour

2 Snap Fasteners - You can use any method to fasten the star to your head but I find snap fasteners work best.

Finishing

Stuff the 5 triangles with polyfil

Attach everything by sewing (see Youtube Video Tutorial for more clarification)

Attach 2 snap fasteners to the strap

Edit (Nov 1st): I had some people who work with acrylic say it doesn’t stretch as much as wool, my recommendation is to make the triangles larger by a few rows so they fully cover the head.
